Graphic Designer, Nasdaq | September 2022–present

  • Worked as a designer in an internal team which acted as an agency for the world’s largest exchange

  • Day-to-day work included formatting whitepapers, cleaning up PowerPoint decks (5-100+ slides), and creating social cards, storyboards for the motion team, and digital/print ads

  • Longer term projects included concept work, often pitched at C-suite level, and final asset development for conferences and other large company events, look & feel designs for more involved social media and digital campaigns, provided image direction for a national brand campaign, and annual and quarterly reports for different divisions

  • Notable projects include working to transform the visual identity of the company from financial services to a forward-looking tech brand through an award-winning brand refresh, updating the company PowerPoint template to reflect the new brand campaign and add more flexible slide designs, and updating photo templates for the iconic 10-story screen on the Nasdaq tower in Times Square to better match brand standards

Graphic Designer/Creative Manager, Eight O’Clock Coffee (Tata Consumer Products) | March 2020–August 2022

  • As primary designer, helped launch wave 3 coffee brand (White Oak Coffee Roasters) with a small internal team—led packaging design and branding development, maintained website content, product images, and social calendar 

  • Responsible for designing and delivering social posts, digital ads, website and Amazon A+ content, and in-store display materials

  • Worked alongside external agencies to produce videos and social media content for three accounts within the Eight O’Clock Coffee family

  • Notable projects include designing a new look and mechanicals for all Eight O’Clock main line bags and single-serve cartons, White Oak design and visual development, Early Riser Morning Jolt packaging design

Graphic Designer, Ascend Concepts | April 2019–February 2020

  • As primary designer, worked alongside Ascend’s founder on concepts for and development of ads, websites, social media posts, event marketing materials for local and national clients

  • Notable projects include designing a new website for The Flower Ranch (North Texas), developing promotional materials for ArtsGoggle 2019, and working on the Save Your Kitchen 2020 giveaway campaign for Traulsen

Graphic Designer/Assistant Marketing Manager, TX Whiskey | April 2017–March 2019

  • Designed and was responsible for creative assets and deliverables, including photos and short videos for social media, website assets, e-commerce images and digital ads, distillery launch and event calendar promotional content, and retail displays and promotional campaigns, both seasonal and evergreen

  • In collaboration with the assistant marketing manager, developed consistent visual style and brand voice for TX Whiskey and doubled social media following within the first year

  • Worked with external vendors on print projects and in-store displays

Junior Designer, McKesson | September 2015–April 2017

  • Selected and formatted images for McKNet, an intranet news site, and designed image frames for social use on Twitter and LinkedIn

  • Assisted with video and photo shoots, both stock and corporate, and assorted small projects for the in-house team

  • Refined and exported 300+ vector icons in the company library for internal and external use
